He'll be back in the ring someday. Right now he is busy running the multimedia EMPIRE that will all be HIS someday. The WWE has a production company that makes movies and DVD's and the promtional video for stars and events, licenses products(t-shirts, posters,etc.), have a training center, Have 3 TV shows a week, have 5 live shows a week (3 are televised of course), 12 ppv's a year, run 2 smaller wrestling organizations (Ohio Valley and Mid-South), have interest in IWGP in Japan, run a network and are constantly on the lookout for new talent. Maybe after he wades through all of that he will take some time off to go on the road and wrestle a little bit!

Possibly. Shane McMahon is rumored to make in In-Ring appearance at WrestleMania 23, possibly against Stone Cold Steve Austin. That's what the hot sheets say for now at least.
