I agree Maytag is junk. Not just their washers but their dishwashers and refrigerators.
For a great washer get an LG. They are expensive but have a large capacity & last forever. For a tight budget get a GE. Good quality & reliable.

The previous Maytag washers have been workhorses that for the time of no way broke. i bought a front loader while it got here out (paid precise dollar) and what a disaster. It molded incredibly undesirable, out outfits continuously smelled like mould and it did no longer wash properly worth a darn. terrible shopper provider. After 2 years I gave it away and purchased a Kenmore Elite. i like it! terrific washer i've got ever had-no problems the two. I willl in no way purchase something Maytag back. The washer/dryer sucked and that i've got a Maytag refrigerator this is falling aside. Their high quality went interior the rest room!

I hear ya!! Maytag used to be the best , but they have gone downhill considerably!!! LG is the top of the line. You will LOVE it. Check it out, and compare it with other brands. There is no competition!!!!

I have had really good results from the Sears Kenmore. I have owned 3 in 42 yrs. of marriage. If my present one goes out, I'll replace it with another Sears Kenmore. The dryers are good, too.

I's suggest Bosch, we had Maytag for almost 35 years (same ones) my wife is quite happy with the Bosch (I know nothing and that's the way I like it).

i own a maytag washer and dryer and i love them i have had no issues w/ them yet

When my parents needed something, they couldn't afford to buy junk and they always went to Sears for KENMORE.
