That's what my dad did to me 2 weeks ago, but I had to write 11 of them. I have 6 done and signed so I am still grounded. What's going on here?
I wanted to refuse to do it but I had no choice. I am spoiled too, oh well.

Look that is what's wrong with you Teenagers now days you Kids don't respect anyone and let me rephrase my self not all Teenagers are that way but I guess it's 50/50. Look I think what your Mom is telling you what to do is way better than being Grounded and sitting in your room having her take away everything you like also your cell phone which I'm sure if you have one you cant live with out it so just suck it up Honey and get to writing your sorry letter. Its not that Difficult just say your sorry for saying or doing what you did and that you had no right to act out in a rude and bad manner i mean you did so write it. The sooner you write you will get it over with your Lucky your mom doesn't make you read your letter to everyone in the Class. Now that I'm sure you wont like. Good Luck Little one

You need to write this letter. Treating people with disrespect is childish and your mother - bless her - is trying to teach you this. Think about how you'd feel if you were your teacher? You spent 2 1/2 hours last night planning a lesson for the kids in class to help them learn and pass their exams while still having fun, and bear in mind that teachers only get paid for the time they're in school. Planning doesn't count. Now, you get to class and just as you're trying to start the lesson this loud-mouthed teen speaks up and makes obnoxious comments. They interrupt the entire class insulting you and wasting all your hard work. You can see that the other kids who want to learn are being held back, and you know that they might fail their exams on this class because that obnoxious brat is not letting you teach your lesson. Would you like to be stood up in front of 30+ people trying to show them something you put a lot of work into for THEIR benefit and have them throw it back in your face and laugh at you? Do you like being humiliated? How would you feel if a teacher threw the homwork you'd spent 2 hours on back in your face and said "hah, that's rubbish. It's really boring. You're a **** student, you know that? Give up and get lost."?
Write that down, huh? Apologise for ridiculing them, say that you understand you were rude, state that you know they must have put a lot of work into planning that class and that you're sorry you were too lazy to knuckle down and work like the others.

Write a letter that your teacher would actually know that you mean or it is not worth it and while you probably you don't want to you need to respect and listen and do what your mom tells you to do. She is trying to teach you to be a responsible person. If you know what you are doing is wrong why do it? I know you are a teen but it sounds like you are very intelligent, you should use that intelligence for good. Good luck and God bless,

You need to write a letter to your teacher. You should never be disrepectful to an adult of any type. You should look up to your teachers not Dis them. Tell her why you are disrespectful to her and how you can change your attatdue. And start acting like a little lady.

How would this go down if someone disrespected your mother. You would not have it. So what if you are spoiled, that has nothing to do with a person doing their job trying to teach you. Remember what you do comes back to bit you in the most timely ways, and conditions.

What you need is a good a** whipping. Who do you think you are disrespecting a teacher? Do you not get enough attention? Tell the teacher that you are sorry and you won't disrespect her again. And then don't disrespect her!!! My parents would have beat me down if i disrespected ANYONE! I'm a teacher now, and if one of my students disrespected me, I would tell their parents, and depending on the severity of it, I would probably suggest boot camp!

Write the letter. And think of how your teacher feels and only say what you think would show him/her that you have actually thought about how they feel. And, give your Mom a break...she is just trying to teach you to be thoughtful and caring and responsible...all of which you will thank her for when you are finished being a kid.
