Imperial Fez!!! Very expensive though! Very excellent and listed as one of the top 50 restaurants in the US much less Atlanta. Elegant and relaxed at the same time. Moroccan food as you have never seen it! including belly dancers at 8 pm. Reservations are necessary

Pano and Paul's in Buckhead - absolutely exquisite. Average entree about $35.00 - they have a deep fried lobster tail (16 oz about $44.00) but it is worth every cent. Incredible food, service, wine selection.
Also, La Petit Auberge in Atlanta/decatur (Toco Hills) - fabulous french fare, VERY pricey, extremely elegant, and just incredible food.
also, ANY of the Peasant restaurants cant go wrong!

The Sundial is a lovely place for dinner and a magnificent and romantic view of the Atlanta skyline - especially at night.
Congratulations and have fun. =)

We went to Fogo de Chao last year for our anniversary. It's a Brazilian resto, the best salad bar ever, and the meats are brought to your table. It was awesome! Check their website for more info. It's near Lenox Mall in Buckhead btw.

I highly recommend the Sundial at the Westin. It is amazing. It is were my husband proposed. Beautiful presentation of food, and it is delicious, but nothing on the menu is intimidating. And the best part is that the dinning room spins very slowly, so you see 360 degrees of the city skyline.

I suggest Ruth Chris, Pleasant Peasant, Emeril's, or Agatha's. A murder mystery eatery.
