How come some people leave the house wearing clothes that show off their worst features?

Every time somebody here asks "I just asked a question and people were really mean to me! Why were they so mean?" they get a slew of answers along the lines of "Some people have awful lives and are mean just to make themselves feel better! Don't worry about it!!" Rarely does anybody point out that their question was bad, or -- as is usually the case -- people weren't even mean to them. It's all feel-goody-goody.
I think the same thing is at work with those outfits. If that makes any sense. You don't need to worry about other people if you can just tell yourself that anybody who thinks you're a bit daft is "just being mean."

I have come to believe it's due to the saying that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I think that when these people look in the mirror, they consider what they see to be beautiful. Go figure.

I don't know how they can leave the house sometimes. There are many "What not to wear" moments. (TLC show)
Fat bellies hanging over pants, tight anything, short-short skirts or shorts are disgusting.

1. Some people in this world just think they look good...which is totally not true.
2. Others really dont care what they look like...and thats just what this world is coming to....CARELESS PEOPLE!
