I have an iPod Video. I am not able to put songs on my iPod becasue I do not have the iTunes 7 version or better. I I have been trying to download the iTunes 7 version but everytime I have attempted to do so, the message "This program cannot be run in DOS Mode" appears in a small box. My iPod does not show up under DEVICES on the version of iTunes that I currently have. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this? If so thanks in advance!!

How old is your computer and what computer are you running? I am assuming its a Windows since Macs dont run DOS. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ go here and on the left side it will say Windows XP click the bubble next to it. Then when your done hit the button that says Download.

Your probably downloading either the Mac verson on Windows or downloading a Windows verson on a Mac.

Perhaps you need to update your Windows version?
What version are you running?
What version of Explorer?

how old is your ipod? go under settings....cause on some mp3 players it can change modes...if yours does change it instead of DOS mode...try it then.....

if that does not work...try a different site...yestersday i couldn't find one...but today....i found DownloadMusicInc.com
