There is no president-- England is a limited monarchy. The prime minister (Tony Blair) and the Parliament are in control of most of the country's doings, though. The queen is simply a political figurehead and really has very little power.

England does not have a president. They have a prime minister, which is effectively the speaker of the house. The queen is doing just fine.

basically the eu controls much of it
there is no president
they have mp (members of parliment)
(more or less like a congressman)
house of lords
prime minister
and various other heads
the queen is the official head of the country
