There is no president-- England is a limited monarchy. The prime minister (Tony Blair) and the Parliament are in control of most of the country's doings, though. The queen is simply a political figurehead and really has very little power.

they have mp (members of parliment)
(more or less like a congressman)
house of lords
prime minister
and various other heads
the queen is the official head of the country
