Frequency is events / time, specifically in hertz events / second.
You have 45 pushes, events, and 1.5 minutes ... the time, but
to get hertz you need seconds. You can set the problem up
like this:

( 45 events / 1.5 minutes ) * ( 1 minute / 60 seconds ) = hz

You multiply the first part of the equation by 1 in the form of
1 minute / 60 seconds which you are allowed to do by
algebra ... you are just changing the units there. Then
cancel the units and see what you are left with when you
calculate the answer.

That would be 30 pushes in one minute.... frequency (Hz) is 'per minute'... One cycle (Hz) is a push and a return (for the next push). By my poor figuring, that would mean 30 Hz.
