its made out of two countries, waloonien and I dont remeber the other, its on the Ocean, therefore it was a major port state, there is a town called bruge, which is very old like a few hundred years old with lots of water canals thru the city which they call the venecia of East Europe, it is rulled by a king, although not to strong of influence, antwerp is a major trade center for diamonds. wheather there is not too nice, so dont include it.
