Hmm, it really depends on the console.
Right now I'm playing Castlevania: Curse of Darkness so it's my favorite for the PS2. I don't have that many games or consoles either but here's a short list:
GBA: Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
NDS: Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Game Cube: Zelda collector's edition (Ocarina of Time)

I still love Monopoly.
Settlers of Catan and Risk run a close second.
Board games are the best!

I absolutly love the kingdom hearts series. The story line, gameplay, and how they put final fantasy charectars in it was amazing.
I also love final fantasy x-2. I havnt beat it yet, but im working on it. I love how unexpected things happen in the game.
