i need any information such as walls, floor, windows, lighting&heating, game equipment etc.

It depends does the child like to hit his head on the wall. If so I would pad the walls. Also bright colors and such. Do you homeschool? I do my son has Asperger Syndrome a form of Autism. I set up our play-room/classroom with maps and painting that he likes as well as books and a quiet area that he can read in. It is a big pillow in a corner that has a curtain that closes so he can be alone. Kinda like at hospitals

Might it be a good idea for you to e.mail someone at one of the Autism organizations and ask about this? Or else, would it be good if you called a hospital or other facility that had professionals knowledge about this type of thing and just ask them?

I know there's a chance you will get someone who knows to answer your question on here, but there's also a chance nobody with sufficient knowledge will answer you on here.

I suggest getting information on this from your doctor. I am sure they can refer you to someone who specializes in children with special needs.
