Last night was the first night in about a week that I didn't. It's been cold and icy here and if my feet are cold I can't get warm.

NO. I can't stand socks on my feet without shoes on. As soon as I get home and the shoes come off, so do the socks.

NO because if I do they either fall off and i loose them or i loose one and then ONE of my feet is cold all night

not normal socks but i got these really thick and soft fuzzy ones from bath and body works they are good for cold nights
