Keep your feelings to yourself. It is normal to feel strongly about your bestfriend but it is way too risky to let those feelings be known, particularly when he is attached. If you still feel that way in a couple of years, and he is single, then perhaps hint at it then. Not now.
Trust me, my best friend admitted to having feelings for me when I was with my ex-boyfriend, and it really made it so awkward and caused a lot of friction between all three of us.

Yeah this is hard situation and I can relate totally. I have done the same thing. It is not easy. I have told my friend how I feel yet and we remain friends. But it can make it hard cause alot of times feelings get in the way. The hardest part of loving him is watching him love another. My advice is decide if you want more. Then make your decision on that.

Don't say anything, just be patient. Sounds like he is already going in a different direction, by having different friends. He most likely likes her and doesn't want to hurt her, or he could be trying to get you jealous. Just go with the flow and see where it ends up. If he makes the moves on you, tell him you won't be the other woman, he has to pick.

ahhh that sucks..i've been there. i told my friend and felt wayy better after i did and we're still friends even though he didn't feel the same way. just be honest with him and tell him that u don't want this to wreck anything and remember to not freak out over anything...if he doesn't like you just say ok and keep on being the same friend you've always been. if he's a true friend he will not allow it to ruin your friendship. good luck!!!!

If he is your true bestfriend it wont ruin your friendship it will only make it stronger. I fell in love with my bestfriend and thought the same thing but true friendship is true friednship its unconditional. You never he might feel the same way but you never know unless you ask.

I think you should tell him. He might feel the same way. If not, the idea might grow on him.
Go for it.
