Ive known this friend quite closely for over a year. After having quite a serious argument and not talking for about 2 months, my friend and i were talking, and this is what he said to me:
He kept saying that "a sequence of events had already begun which is out of his control, but he is doing his best to stop it, because if it happens, i will not be grateful"
and then i said that i didnt want to talk to him out of anger and he replied "when the sequence of events has reached its climax, thats the last thing you would want to do"
So, what could this mean? It sounded like a threat to me, but i confronted him and he kept saying it was not a threat at all - but he hesitates to say what he meant by saying things like "forget it" or "doesnt matter".

no offense there, but your friend sounds like a freaky friday charecter... i donno i wouldnt think of it as a threat, rather, 2 ways
the first: is that he is a psycho and in that case u would have to stay away from him or take care
2nd: is that sometimes when u have a locse friend and u go apart, it can be very aweful that u cant take it or stand the feeling, it can leave u soo hollow, so maybe he have done somethings wrong in that time, and he is afraid of the consequences or so... and in that case i think u should be there for him, and help him out
it all depends on how u know him to be

he sounds a little insecure and deppressed to me i would confront him ask him whats up, he could of been signaling that he needs a friend but found it hard to tell you his troubles either that or he is trying to get your attention with some feel sorry for me attention seeking but confront him either way it could turn out to be nothing and you'll of lost a friend.

I would stay away from him - he sounds a bit unhinged. If he can't be open and honest with you he is not a friend.

In English it means "Go away you annoy/threaten me, stay and I will become angry".
Leave him to stew.
