Do you think the tryout singers on American Idol are actors?

the Lemur looking dude and the red-haired bugged eyed guy, and the girl with no bra seemed like they were acting to me... are people that delusional?

I had a friend that tried out and she saw three different sets of pre-panel judges. So three groups of judges that weren't Randy, Simon and Paula. She made it through those rounds and then wasn't allowed any further as they found out she was also currently working with an agent. So I really can't believe that Paula, Randy, and Simon really sit there and listen to ALL of the contestants. I really believe that the judges before them either let some of the really bad people through for entertainment value or they hire actors.

I dont know about them being actors but i do know that the comment simon made to the "lemur looking guy" as you put it, I think his name ws kenneth, was just awful and just imagine how you would feel if somebody insulted you like that!!!

probably. contestants go through a pre-judge panel to see if they're good enough. The pre panel let some idiots through to make good reality tv. Also, some people really want on national television

Yeah the no-bra girl and her mom seemed clueless and fake. I think they were just trying to get taped on TV.

They were horrible. And the color of their shirts.....no one could be that dumb.

no i dont think they are actors, i think they actually think they are good and their friends and family members dont want to tell them the truth(or they dont know talent). i think the singers just dont know any better. it does seem like some of them just want to be on american idol for 15 minutes of fame, but who knows?
