If you are looking for a good nursing home in Oregon, ask at a senior center in the area. The seniors there will know which one's are the good facilities and which are the one's to avoid. If you find one that you think is descent, try looking in the local news paper using their online index and see if there are violations reported (often problem facilities make the newspaper)

Note: This applies both to where to work as well as where I would recommend people be housed.

Are you looking for a nursing home for a family member or are you looking for work in a nursing home? your question is vague

If you are looking for work... nursing homes are always looking .....I dont live in Oregon but I am sure you can do some searches on homes there and find out a lot of info.
