Women have been trying to gain equal right with men for years but they still are not allowed to be in public topless even in the same places men are, this would be like the final step in equality for women. In Europe it is no big deal. If it is because women have breasts why aren't men who have breasts required to cover up. In some cultures breasts are not viewed as real sex organs, although they are associated with fertility.

Also, if it becomes comon place to see a topless woman, maybe men won't be so determined to sexually harrass a woman in order to see them.

In Toronto, Canada, it is legal and acceptable for women to go topless whenever they wish to. It is just in America that breasts
make people blush with shame, and this is just one more reason to doubt the sanity of Americans.

I really don't see the big deal. Yes i'm a male but i'm also gay. I guess if women wanted to go shirtless they should be able to.
I agree though if i fat man with man boobs walks around shirtless he should def cover up regardless... thats just gross!! ha-ha
