I just recently got fired at my job which is in a warehouse for spitting on the floor yes you herd me spitting on the floor I have never been written up no warings or nothing now you tell me what that sounds like I have worked hard I have never disrespected no one I mean really besides my new boss you can ask anyone what type of work habbits and everything about me.
P.S.
Please let me know if I should take this to trail I feel like this is really not fair someone please let me know somthing

You are an at will employee. They can fire you for any reason or no reason at all absent a contract for a term or discrimination. Spitting on the floor may seem like a stupid reason to you, but that doesn't matter. You really don't have much of a case.

I don't suppose that medical or food supplies were stored in this warehouse?
Be glad you lost your job from your boss rather than having some of your co-workers beat you senseless in the men's room.

You are most likely an "At Will" employee meaning you can be hired or fired at will. So... nothing you can do but find a new job.

I don't think you could get anywhere if you filed a suit over this. I hope you can just try to make this into a learning experience.

sorry, but if i was your boss and you spat on the floor, i would fire you too. it shows that you have no respect for anybody else that works there. trust me, no-one wants to step in your saliva. that is disgusting.
