All They Can Do Is Teminate You As An Employee, Unless You Have A Contract For A Certain Employment Length, Then They Can File A Lawsuit For Hiring And Training Fees, But If No Contract For Employment Length Was Signed Then That Will Just Call You And Let You Know You Have Been Terminated. Also, Don't Plan On Returning To The Job.

If you live in a low wage Right to Work State they can fire you for any reason at any time..If you disappear for two months without notice not even Federal Law will cover you.. By the Way Right To Work States are where most Illegal Aliens run to!

in most states they don't need a reason. They can fire you the first day you are absent if they feel like it. Most states are "Employment at will" - they can each terminate the employment contract without notice.
