that she knows every God damn thing about everything and everybody, talk about health, she knows more then a Dr. talk about law and she knows more then a lawyer! My question is am I the only poor soul out there with this problem? I am going insane! I look her in the eyes and nod but I am thinking " someone, TAKE MY WIFE.....PLEASE!!!!!

Before more ask, I married her because I love her, and just like many, didn't act like this at first. Second, I nod because YOU WILL NEVER EVER WINN WITH HER! I would rather the coversation end then prolong it, my question was Does anyone else have this problem, or a simualr one, answer the question, dont ask me one ya knobs!

Yes, my husband is like this and also my sister. I know exactly that you can never win with them. I love it when they are in the same room with each other because they both believe they are right. It is hilarious. I usually have to pull out the dictionary, encyclopedia or the Internet to show them they are wrong. I thought I was the only one out there. I also understand why you married her because you love her and I give you kudos for being in love with her and not changing her. They are who they are even though it drives us crazy. I also nod and say uh huh and oh yeah just to get him on to something else. Although there are times I do say he is wrong and argue a little until I prove him wrong which only leads to the book or the Internet is wrong but that makes life interesting or going to cause a heart attack. But yes there is someone else out here feeling ya my man.

I grew up with a girl and she was this way. She was my best friend from the time I was five until we went away to college. During college we grew apart, but five years later reconnected and now we are best friends again. She was like your wife then, and she is now!!
I can't have a single conversation with her where my opinion is different because hers is the only opinion that is right!! I got over it though and it's not too bad. Because the things we disagree on aren't big enough to argue over. The important thing is that I can overlook this, and we agree on the important things!!!
If you can't agree even on the big stuff, talk to her!!! She deserves to know!!

Well, I am a wife, so let me tell you why you are wrong...LOL! Seriously though- some people just like to hear themselves talk. It is not just women. Have you ever pointed out to her that she does this?? I can be a chatterbox myself- but after being home with 3 kids all day, sometimes you just need a little adult interaction to prove to yourself that yes, you are intelligent and can contribute to a conversation. Maybe you should try to figure out what is behind her need to do this, instead of just dismissing it as a personality flaw. Good luck!

Welcome to married life. In my experience one partner tends to always be this way. In my relationship we both know everything and are both never wrong. How we come to see eye to eye, well we don't but we do bet on everything usual the person who wins gets the advantage!!
Anyways, I know how annoying this can be especially if she is just blowing smoke out of her ***. Why don't you try talking to her. Say I know you know alot abput this subject but listen to me for a minute. There is very few things to make it better, but hey it does not hurt to try.

lol! Of course she thinks she knows everything....she's a woman. I do the same thing sometimes, but my husband lets me know when I'm wrong about something. I hate being wrong, but sometimes I am wrong, and I need someone to point it out, or I'll go on thinking I'm right.
