rather then just cardio? yes or no and should i drop a few pounds before i begin?? Im 225lbs...

ok yes it does help you loose more weight


remember this, the more muscle you have in your body, the faster your metabolism will be therefore burning tons of extra calories you consume throughout the day.

Cardio is just extra boost to the process.

to achieve the best success, you should lift weights (full body work outs) at least 4 times a week and 2 days of pure cardio.

remember that you always have to be active throughout the day.

this method has helped my loose 50 lbs in like 8 months.

o and the most important thing the diet!!! see your professional trainer in the gym on tips on what to eat, and when to eat it.

You don't need to drop pounds before you begin since that why you are going to exercise.
Cardio will help burn calories. A good 20-30 cardio workout will be equivalent to a mile walk. And you will still be burning calories for an hour after the work out.
Just besure to start out slowly and don't over due it in the beginning.

Weight training and building muscle mass does help you use your body fat more efficiently. I would go ahead and start light weights for a couple of weeks while starting out your exercise program.

If you want to lose weight, you need to do 60-90 minutes of cardio daily. Anything less will just maintain your current body weight

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

LIFTING IS BEST BECAUSE IF YOU JUST DO CARDIO, YOU'LL HAVE NO SHAPE AFTER YOU LOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT.. HEY I LOST 10 LBS. BY JUST LIFTING AND I LOST 2 INCHES ON MY STOMACH AND I LOOK VERY MUSCULAR AT 220.. MY GOAL IS TO BE CHISEL AT 200 SOLID... BUT ANYWAY ITWORKS BETTER
