Are they activating the nerve thats connected to the stomach and the heart? Or are they just pushing their heart into oblivion?

Maybe it's because most people die when they are old. Also - we all spend a certain percentage of time on the toilet. So - the odds are there that it will happen.

Like who?! name me 5 people that have died while on the toilet?

...Maybe it's because thats where their muscles relax and they don't need to stress about getting to the toilet anymore! What a relief!!!

There is a nerve that starts in your brain and ends at the end of your anus. If this nerve is stimulated, which it can be just right, you could die.

I am 44 years old and have never heard of anyone young or old dying while on the toilet..

Vaso constriction. Blood vessels can be constricted during straining, leading to interruption of blood flow to cardiac muscle and possible heart attack.

the pressure of pushing out causes cardio problems all the way to a possible brain hemmorage. its usualy from pre existing illnesses that people die while on the throne.

i have not clue but husband said while work as an EMT it happened often.
