how to make a tube pillow? need a make-your-own design.?

Question

Have a cylinder of sheeted stuffing for a throw pillow- about 12" & 20" diameter... I guess that's 30 cm long by 50 cm around...
anyone know how to make the circles and the seams, so that the cover will be removable for washing?
