It sure does, don't it... I find it comforting in an odd way, soda crackers with melted cheese on top or on nachos, chili is an awesome food.

Because it's had a chance to sit and absorb all the flavors - I find the same true about spaghetti!

I think that the flavors have had a chance to stand and blend better...that is what I think anyway..LOL

i think it's because all the flavors get to mix together. at least, that's what i've always thought.
