Well he left me at the house with the kids.He did not bother to ask me if I wanted to go out with him,and ya'll talk about vows.Ha!He goes out every Sat night and comes home at 5am Im not blind to what is going on.How many husbands in this wrld dogged their wives.Plus,he does not spend any quality or quantity time with our daughter on school wrk.so it's left up to me to see she does well in school.I don't care if he pays the bills or what ever.We do not really have a good marriage anyway.it's a joke.So .......what do you think.?He 's the one that should leave.Im a stay at home mom trying to raise my children .He tells me I don't have no athority in this house hold especially where my kids are concerned.He's living in the stone ages.I believe I can be bad by myself.

Also since we have been married he stopped spending holiday's like Christmas with me and my kids and my family.

I liked "Jessi H", answer, but in defense to dogs, your husband should be lucky enough to be a dog. All the dogs I have ever had, worked with and lived with, have the most ultimate loyalty to me and my family. A dog will love you unconditionally, and will never judge you and will forever be loyal to you, even if you mistreat it. But I know its the norm to call men dogs, but pigs or rats sounds better. Lets first answer your statement, Most men are dogs. Lets put it into reality. All you've been with are dogs. There are many, many guys who would say the same for the woman that they have been with. But it doesn't make all men or all woman dogs. Its all you and what you allow to happen to you and what you put up with. If you allow someone to miss treat or disrespect you. It make you both bad. Him or her for doing it and you for allowing it.
So wake up and do a reality check. If you feel that the marriage is hopeless move on. If not seek help. Thu counseling. And you do have some authorty. Next time he stays out all night change the locks. And call the police when he comes home. It won't keep him out but it keep a public record for you when its time to end it. And helps your case when the courts say whats to happen.

Why are you putting up with this chauvinist Most Husbands do NOT dogg their wives that is wrong for you to say this The first time he did it and you accepted it was reason enough for his to continue this behavior. You are being bullied and abused by this man!!! I do feel for you ,but you should have said "ENOUGH" years ago. Get you head together and LEAVE!!! Just be sure you get everything in order first

At least you are being real about the situation, and he's not intimidating you because he's the only one working at a job. You can get whatever you feel you're worth with the right attorney. Tell him that whenever he talks down to you.

Get a lawyer,serve him with papers,have his a** kicked out.You are the mother with kids I don't believe that you can be told to leave unless you have somewhere to go.Besides don't the women get the house,kids,car,&money in a divorce anyway?
