Since you're an ignorant as**o*e I'll give a short answer. The U.S. will be damned if a country asks for help and they don't get it, and will be damned if they do help a country.

You might actually list a war we lost. The choices given are wrong.

Korea

Ever hear of North Korea and South Korea? They are not one and the same but separate nations. The reason South Korea exists today is because communist forces from North Korea and China were repelled by UN forces led by the United States. They sued for peace and the current DMZ separates the two with the South a democracy. The North is still a screwed up communist police state.
That's a VICTORY.

Vietnam

I'm a Vietnam Vet and it never ceases to piss me off when some uneducated "person" says we lost the Vietnam War. We did NOT lose the Vietnam War. We won every major battle. We had the North on its knees. By the way, the North invaded the South and supported terror cells called Viet Cong. People think we lost because of Tet '68. We won Tet '68. We kicked their asses out of the cities and back across the DMZ. But, because the media was prejudiced against the war (familiar theme), they convinced a stupid public that the war was unwinnable. Even the commander of the NVA, Vo Giap, said in his memoirs that the North was beaten at the end of 1968. That was why they agreed to the Paris Peace Accords. We began our withdrawal of combat forces per those Accords and our combat troops were out by 1973. In 1975, North Vietnam invaded South Vietnam again and a chicken **** Congress turned its back on those people. The Army of South Vietnam lost the war because the American people lost its nerve. Result: a communist genocide that went ignored by a liberal press. Also, it didn't help having liars like John Kerry telling bs stories about American atrocities.
No VICTORY thanks to Congress and lying ******* like John Kerry.

Iraq

The invasion took place in March, 2003. The government of Saddam Hussein was toppled in June, 2003.
VICTORY

Iraq 2

Is not a war against Iraq. It is a war against muslim terrorists who want to destroy the freely elected government and set up a terrorist state. It isn't over until enough chickenshits have the votes to cut and run and turn their backs on the Iraqi people when another genocide takes place.
No VICTORY yet.

I really don't think that the US loses in any war that they become engaged in because there are winners even when the outlook looks like a defeat. If they lost in Vietnam then why is Vietnam a peaceful country today? If they lost in the Iraq War why did Saddam never develop weapons of mass destruction? If they lost in the Iraq War 2, then why have other nations supported them? Oil has not gone to the other side, if any thefts of it have been recorded it was American thieves not the enemy. So have they really lost, not in my books, as they always seem to come out of any war with the spoils of that war. There are things going on even in this war that are making the US victorious, we, the general public just don't know or maybe never will know what those things are. So to say they don't seem to win on the surface may be a better argument.

While the U.S. may be considered to be the leader of the free world, we are by far not the world's only super power. Have you forgoten Canada, The Russian Federation, The UK, China?

I don't think you pay much attention to history. For one, the current Iraqi conflict is still IN PROGRESS. We have not lost and we won't loose, provided the pinko commie trator democrats let the president and the gernerals do their jobs. The first Iraqi conflict was victorious. Vietnam we just gave up. If you choose to count that as a loss, we'll give you that one. The Korean conflict was a draw. Both sides agreed to end the conflict as it was when it started.

Get your facts straight. Unless you choose to count Vietnam as a loss, The U.S. has NEVER lost a war.

I think that you are incorrect in saying that the US has lost of the wars it has been involved in. They won the war against the British for their independence, then the War of 1812, the war against Mexico, WWI and WWII, and they won Desert Storm because they accomplished what they set out to do which was to stop Iraq's invasion over Kuwait, and though no shots fired they won the Cold War.

ok moron! obviously you know nothing about military history! we didnt lose korea. the objective i that conflict was to prevent the the north from taking over the south.we were pushed back by the chineses who stepped in.and instead of going to war with china we had a cease fire which is still in effect today.vietnam, we won on the battlefield but lost the war at home.aftre tet in 68' the american people couldnt deal with it anymore.which it came out about 10 years ago, high ranking political and military officials from the n.vitenam said trhey would have given up their cause.but we started pulling out so they waited till we were GONE when they lauched a full scale invasion of the south.iraq,we didnt lose and arent losing.its the polital side of it there that hasnt come around yet.once again its here on the homefront that people are giving up.ive been there!

The Iraq war actually has not been lost yet. We have this attitude in the U.S of becoming more and more Christean when ever we have problems. That may well be the reason why. Rather then facing facts we tend to bury our heads in the sand or the bible.

How did we lose when we cut Korea in half? How many wars did Britian lose? Let's see. India, Pakistan, Austrialia, the United States, I can't think of any war Britian won. Maybe you should have the greenest teeth contest you might win that.
