I WANT TO GO TO PUERTORICO TO STAY FOR A COUPLE WEEKS IS THERE A WAY OTHER THAN FLYING TO GET THERE AND BE ABLE TO STAY THERE

You can probably sail by ship to Puerto Rico. You have to cross a vast distance of water (over the Caribbean Sea), so it's either by air or sea, no land access, from the USA.
Traveling by air is one of the safest ways to get to a destination. It has a better track record than driving a car. Try it. You just may enjoy it and not think of it as a big deal.

Take a cruise. The only problem with this is when you want to come back. That can take some time. It's space available only. If the cruise line hasn't the space, you will not get on. They have to have a cabin available for your return. That's why you have to make plans in advance.

You can take a cruise that stops in Puerto Rico. Or you could rent a yacht and sail to PR.

We the only other way is by boat. I can only think of cruises. You won't be able to stay for a couple weeks though.

A cruise. There are probably boat services that will take you to Puerto Rico and you can stay however long you want.

There are plenty of nice cruises available of all lengths of time and price levels. There are also both destination cruises where you stay on land in a hotel, or on-board cruises where the ship is also your hotel.
