When I downloaded this it came in an ISO file... so how can i burn it to a DVD if I can't get DVD decrypter... Are their any other programs out there?

Smoothwall and IPCOP ( http://ipcop.org totally FREE) are GNU/Linux distros of about 24 Mb size.
they fit on a mini 7 mm CDrom!
In Nero, you go to FILE>burn image (or, also, " to CD" depending on the version) and in K3B in Linux, you hit 'tools' and >burn iso to CD
Now, you do understand that both the above fantastic firewalls are supposed to be run in an old Pentium box, that is totally taken over and run by them without need for a monitor. They wipe out the hard drive, and fully convert it to run the firewall, plus perform as a page cache.

with it's 1900 games, programs...
