Right up there with Shoppers.com and the rest. Nothing easy about the money - if you get it. Those sites make their money by you giving up all your computer privacy. Your computer will bog down with the cookies alone. Legally they can create these sites. Read their agreements -

It is legal because an actual service/product is being offered. Companies are willing to pay people for their time and input.
Lots of people on Answers tend to judge things without ever trying them.

Legal, but they are so heavily spammed I wouldn't trust them.
That's not a good sign for a marketing campaign.
