Probably that fact that he's so big. That's what did in Andre the Giant, and is taking a toll on the Big Show.

They are not sure yet. They are thinking drug use, or maybe overdose. Friends and family stated that he was really depressed and prior to his death was locking himself in his house for days at a time.
