You pretty much covered it and I also know that the trends are independent film companies to work for. Did you see the movie, "Scanner Darkly" ? - It's a great example of how they created a film for a lower budget as compared to the millions they would have to spend in order to create the effects that they did... It was all done by an independent animation department in which all the professions you've listed played a part.

I would not try any of thoes jobs. I would go into either the medical field or funeral home business. There is always going to be someone who is sick and people die everyday. Thoes are needed now and 5-10 years from now and so on.

Any of them except the web designer - they don't make that much money at the moment!

I would go for the special effects and animator - people will always want to be amused!
