I have read that Tulane and Loyola Universities student enrollment is still high and that 85-90% of students returned. Loyola is reporting that last spring was the highest rate of receiving applications ever, 22,000. All of this coming is from the admissions office, but it seems that this couldn't be possible after hurricane Katrina. From looking at Tulane's website it seems that they are a little desperate for students. Application has been extended and the price has been lowered. Are they really beack on their feet that quickly or are the schools trying to paint a rosy picture?
