how long after conceiving should my breasts start to get larger?

My first wife never got any bigger, she did not breast feed either.
My current GF got tender around the 6th month but only enlarged when she started producing after the baby was born. She did breast feed.

Everyone is different. Mine started to swell and become tender 3 weeks after conceiving.

I'm 31 weeks, and my breasts became tender in the early stages, but only got bigger in the past 2 months.

It is different for everyone. Let me give you some pregnancy advice: (And this is good advice!)

Don't take ANYONE'S advice!!........except from your OB/GYN and your mother.

There is a pregnancy book that was recommended by my OB that is absolutely priceless. It is called "What To Expect When You're Expecting". My mother and I both read this during my first pregnancy and we BOTH learned so much.

Get the book, it is available on Amazon in paperback....a wonderful investment.

And, good luck to both you and your baby.

For my wife it didn't really happen until the day after the birth. Then they swelled and started to hurt VERY bad.

Mine didn't fill up until my babies were born and the milk came in. They did get tender probably around the 4th month of pregnancy, but didn't get bigger until the milk came in.
