I am a criminal in the state of Montana??
One may not pretend to abuse an animal in the presence of a minor.
It is illegal to have a sheep in the cab of your truck without a chaperone.
It is illegal for married women to go fishing alone on Sundays, and illegal for unmarried women to fish alone at all.
It is illegal for a man and a woman to have sex in any other position other than missionary style.

Omg!! I'm so going away forever for my crimes...Can they extradite me if I've never been to Montana?! Cause I'm too young to go to the slammer! Just think of all the bad things they would do to me! All because I fished alone one time...Yes Judge..just that one time...and I had sex with someone in other positions (:P) than missionary...
I'm too damn purty for the slammer!!!

This is some for Indiana. (where i'm from). These are hilarious
"Spiteful Gossip" and "talking behind a person's back" are illegal.
A man over the age of 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if the passenger in his car is not wearing her socks and shoes, and is under the age of 17. (Does this include women? Cause if so...I'm going to jail cause my daughter kicked off her shoes after school today in the car *gasp*)
Oral sex is illegal. (I'm so going to hell for this one)
Pedestrians crossing the highway at night are prohibited from wearing tail lights. ( you know some idiot did this....)
And my personal favorite!!! From South Bend, Indiana.... It is illegal to make a monkey smoke a cigarette. (Damn..there goes my plans for a good time)

According to state law, it is illegal to speak English. The officially recognized language is "American".
North Carolina
If a man and a woman who aren't married go to a hotel/motel and register themselves as married then, according to state law, they are legally married.
