built in 312 B.C.
source: springs 10 miles to the east of Rome
length: 10 miles; underground from its source for 7 miles, then on arches for 3 miles to its terminus in the Forum Boarium in Campus Martius

In Roman times. Probably by the Romans. I might be wrong though, It could have been made by the Chinese, or perhaps the guy working in the bar I went to on saturday.
