Cram and cram for all your worth!!! no seriously
do revision imediatley b4 the test so it's fresh, drink lots of water -NO CAFEINE (coffee, chocloate) big NO NO. eat a fairly normal brekie but try get some fresh fruit in as well. make up easy ways to remeber stuf ie, a featus has features (dif between feutus n embryo) etc etc. Look @ some past papers see what came up if it internal exam (ran by your school) some q's will pobably be repeated. Do Little bits from every topic it might refresh you. Work at what you are worst at. Ok might not be brillaint advise (food stuff is 100% true though) but GOOD LUCK ;-)

Sleep eight hours NOW, not right before the test. Wake up, drink some hot tea and have a carb snack and start reviewing your notes and plan to stay awake until after the test. Throughout your review, sip on the tea and nibble lightly on carbs. For your meal before the test, two hardboiled eggs, two slices toast with jelly (no butter) and another full cup of tea. RIGHT before the test, drink two caffeinated beverages, preferrably more tea if you can bring it in a thermos. Deep breathe through your nose, hold to the count of four then release slowly through your mouth. Do that ten times EVERY hour on the hour from when you begin to review until AFTER the test. The increased blood oxygenation from that breathing activity, per research, increases test scores 5-10%. The hardboiled egg and tea increases test scores about 10%. If you cannot eat egg, use tuna for the protein supplementation.

Just don't stress yourself too much. Make sure and study the basics and that you're not cramming too much because you might forget everything the day of the test if you do that. What I usually do is create a little test of my own with the questions that are supposed to be on the test, so I can see how well I do and what material I need to study. Just try that. It should work. Good luck!:)
