Try these two sites www.mobilehomedoctor.com and www.mobilehomepartsstore.com they offer the best tips and you can order the parts that are actually used in your home. Home improvement stores don't always carry the right stuff.

I've never done this with a mobile home, but the idea in general is this:
The first thing I'd do is check the fuse or breaker that supplies that circuit. Is it bad or tripped? Try resetting or replacing it.
Check the connections - is everything solid and tight? Has a wire come loose somewhere? Over time, vibrations can loosen a wire nut. Before you try to retighten anything that seems loose, SHUT OFF THE POWER at the breaker/fuse panel.
Then I'd check to see if you have power to the fan. Use a multi-meter or a circuit checker - CAREFULLY!!! If you're not familiar with how to do this, call a professional electrician.
If you have power to the fan, then it could be that the fan motor is bad, or the switch is bad. If it's a remote wall switch, try replacing it. Again, if you don't know how to do this safely, call a pro.
If everything else is good, the fan motor is probably bad. You'll have to remove it and install a replacement - or (all together now) call a professional electrician.
Good luck!

It sounds as if it needs to be replaced. Remove the vent cover then, with a screw driver remove the screws that are around the ring of the fan. You may need, based on the unit's age, remove the entire metal flashing that holds the fan and motor, which is held on with screws. Take the fan/motor unit to yourHome Depot and get a new one. It should cost you around $10.00 for the part.

Find a tag with the manufacturers name. It not present, pull fan assembly from it's housing and carefully wipe the motor clean. Most of these motors are impedance protected(if they seize up the don't burn up!). Maybe 6 drops of very light oil in each bearing shell, let it sit a couple of hours, then grab the blower wheel(carefully)and gently try to rock it back and forth to free it up. If it smells burnt when you first get it out,try to get some info from the motor and then go to Grainger.com and do some shopping! ;-)=

Rip it out and buy a new one. That's how all bathroom vent fans are repaired whether your in a "Trailer-House" or a real house.
