There are plenty of creationists on Yahoo! Answers. Are there any flat-earthers as well?

Since creationists argue that both creationism and evolution should be taught in school, shouldn't we also teach the so-called "theory" that the earth is actually flat? After all, the roundness of the earth is a theory (a comprehensive explanation of reality based on facts). If you have to teach both sides of the argument, we should also teach flat-earthism.... You can see my point here.

If you look at it from this perspective, creationism should not be taught in schools any more than flat-earthism.

Rolando. We know the earth is round and was formed billions of years ago. Likewise, we know that evolution produced all the life we see on earth. You have not answered the question at all.

iraqisax, flat-earthers are creationists. They deny scientific evidence proving that the earth is spherical, in the same way that creationists deny the manifold evidences of evolution. Evolution is the only rational explanation for the origin of life on earth.

My point exactly. Why don't we also start teaching "intelligent falling" and that square root of 9 is 15?

Excellent question.

Yeah. The Flat Earthers believe in Evolution.

Evolution is not science. It is religion. It was founded by Charles Darwin, who thought he was descended from an ape!

There is no scientific explanation for the origin of life.
