There isn't much you can do about pregnancy mood swings. However make sure that you eat well and get enough rest. Also you could consider talking to a natrupath maybe some supplements could balance the hormones a little better.

I really don't know how to get rid of the mood swings, but i definitely know what you are going through!!!
I would laugh one minute and cry the other cause fiance wasn't showing me any attention.
I even through a lamp at him because he left the dog inside all day and when i came home i had to clean up a large puddle of urine.
You should talk to you gyno as soon as possible because I'm sure its hormonal, and please take my advice try not to stress you and the baby out over the little things in life.
I wont say anything more than i was pregnant once.
Good luck to you.

I know the mood swings can be really annoying. I am 5 weeks and I can't stop crying. I try to take deep breaths and remind myself that I and my body are going through some changes that I am not used to, that seems to work for me. You could always try to remove yourself from the situation, the change might reset your mood. Good Luck and I hope things work out for you!!!

Just think to yourself before you react to the situation and ask yourself, would I be acting this way if I wasn't pregnant? You need to find away to make yourself a little bit more calm so you can think rationally. I would suggest exercising and de-caf tea. Breath, you still have about 8 more months to go, I'm sure you will be able to hang in there. Good Luck to you!!

I wish there was a majiic pill or something, all the herbal teas & such can harm baby so those are no good. The only thing you can do is think prior to speaking your mind or reacting to a situation. Sorry but it is what most of us mommies had to do
