You're good. And right. She's s'posed to be family, and she's already someone else's spouse, so it's wrong all around.

Wether or not you consider her family thus sister-in-law or just your brothers wife you would still be cheating and if caught could cause you to lose a brother. I say if you are gonna cheat do it with someone outside your family ....I am not in any way condoning cheating as I was cheated on by my ex husband more than I cared to know about and no matter what you call it someone ends up hurt .
