Yes. Well actually I was clinically dead for 10 minutes. i am a firefighter, fell through a roof, and was in full arrest for 10 minutes.
While I was out I did go where everyone goes when they die.
I can remember two things about it.
1. It is impossible to describe it with words, feelings, or anything humans can relate to.
2. This was our home and we come from there and we will all go back to it....
This experience has changed my life. No one should fear death....it should be welcomed.

I haven't almost died. I was told by police and hospital employees that I should be dead from a car accident when I was younger. Came out with 2 black eyes a cracked skull and whiplash. I was pretty lucky, if I had been sitting a little to the left I would be dead.
(I was a passenger of someone who had been drinking, I guess you know where I stand on that issue now.)

Yes, I have almost died. It's not fun. Don't know about you,but I don't get a thrill out of it. I am very, very glad that I am alive but have an aversion to hurting myself or causing myself harm. I had a heart attack at the young age of 42. And then six months later had a light stroke. I think someone was trying to get my attention. How about you?

When I was little I almost drowned because I went too deep into a swimming pool on accident, but my cousin got me to shallow water before it was too late.
I was also in a really bad car accident a few years ago in which the car I was in swung around a telephone pole, but did not hit it. If it had, I would be dead because we were going about 95-100 mph.

I once overdosed on a whole box of Coricidin Cough & Cold while trying to get high. It was a very stupid move on my part, I went to the hospital the next day twitching like I had been struck by lightning. They had to inject me with tranquilizers to keep me from having a heart attack because my heart was beating so fast.
Worst part is, it was two days before my sixteenth birtday. :/

I am deaf in my right ear so I have trouble hearing things coming from that direction.
A few times I have almost been hit by a car because I couldn't hear it coming.

When I was four years old, I fell down on a stick, and it pierced my neck. This happened in 1988, and I still have a scar.
