Can you work as a school counselor with a bachelor's degree or do you need to have a masters?

I have a degree in Anthropology and two years of course work in secondary education plus some graduate course work. I am looking for a career change.

Depends on what the school requires. My counsler didn't have a Masters. And her Bachlors was in a non-related field.

You have to have a master's degree at the minimum.
