do a system scan to find it then click on delete when it does. do not delete your cookies because then you will not have saved your progress when you go back to website.

AVG will not be able to load if there is a virus on your computer the virus somehow blocks the download. or wont let it open. please try this it is alot easier and quicker go to avast.com download the free avast 4 home edition set it up then when it asks to schedule a boot time scan say YES THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER it will begin to search your hard drive for the virus when it finds it delete it

Disable your system restore, then run your scan program again, should it find a virus, it should be able to delete the file. Remember to enable the system restore when the scan is complete.
