Lincoln. Lexus i guess are made cheaply for the price, at least that's what i hear. Lincoln's more practical i guess and they're classy.

Reputation - Mercedes (altho Merc is losing even this cuz of the horrible reliability of their current cars).
In the last year or two, I now have them ranked equally in terms of styling. Previously, Merc easily won.
Everything else - Lexus. Japanese may copy, but they copy and improve. And no one can do electronics like the Japanese. Take the keyless entry. On a Merc, they're very likely to freeze your whole car's electrical system and require a tow to the dealer. They'll work just fine on a Lexus. I'd rather have the working feature, then be able to buy it a year early but have it screw up constantly.

Benz hands down. Lexus is an offspring that has copied on Benz since day 1. For sure they sell for cheaper but that's because of mass production. Benz sells quality and history.
Lexus sells luxury Toyota cars.
But then it depends on you own discrimnative tastes. Shapes, Origins, Colors....
