A divorce is a legal termination of a marriage. A dissolution is a dissolving of the marriage where no one gains but is still a kind of fancy name for termination of a divorce. An annullment of a marriage is as if the marriage never occured in the first place usually granted by the church

Divorce and dissolution are terms used interchangeably. They mean the same thing. The marriage will result in a dissolution and you will not longer be married.
Annullment is where you petition the court to nullify the marriage. There are only a few circumstances that will qualify for an annulment and they vary state to state. An annulment would make the record of the marriage null and void, like it never took place.
Seek legal counsel immediately so you can know your rights.

Divorce IS a dissillusionment of a legal marrage so there is no difference. An annulment CAN be a disillusionment of a legal marriage IF the marriage has not been consumated or if it was entered into on a fraudlent basis (such as a bigamist marrying more than once), an annulment can also be for religious purposes as the Catholic Church does not recognize legl divorces. In order to get married for a second (or third) time in the Catholic church one must apply to have their first marriage annuled and they can not marry in the Catholic Church until that marriage has been annulled.

Divorce and Dissoultion are the same thing. It just ends the marriage. With an Annulment it makes it as if the marriage never happened. Annulments are hard to get.

A divorce means you do not agree on all matters, the court rules on them.A dissolution means you are in agreement.

Dissulolution is the legal word for Divorce. Annulment is when a couple gets their marriage dissolved prior to consummating their marraige. In other words, before having sexual relations. In some states a marraige can be annuled prior to one year of marraige.
