Are you ment to delete your temporary files and is it safe to do so?

In general, yes, it's safe to delete them. Yes, you're meant to do so. If you're worried, the thing to do is to stop everything else that you're doing and close the programs first. This will ensure that all of your work is saved.

yes - this page goes into my temp files where it can be accessed quickly, instead of having to reload - I will not need it when I leave here

now about that new program I bought for $39.95 from that website - SAVE that puppy to your harddrive somewhere
so when the page is gone - you STILL have the program
