Natasha - its very pretty & it has an exotic sound to it.
One thing though - I am assuming that this is possibly a name for your child? If so - if u do not want your child's name 'shortening', Chloe is your best bet as Rebecca gets shortened to Becky, Becca, Bec etc & Natasha gets shortened to Nat, Tash, Tasha etc.

I like Rebecca quite a bit---Brings to mind sweetness, quiet beauty, and dignity. Chloe seems cute and playful; I like it too. Not fond of Natasha--- always think of Boris and Natasha from Rocky the Squirrel--- or someone who is trying to be exotic.
Its nice to use names that actually have some meaning, as well as sounding pleasing.

I think Rebecca is a very elegant sounding name. My second choice of the three is Natasha. I'm not too fond of Chloe.

Chloe is very beautiful. Natasha is a nice name but there are too many Natashas(especially in Russia) and Rebecca sounds very old in my opinion.

Rebecca, wife of Isaac. Genesis Chapters 24, 25 and 26.
Natasha reminds me of Bullwinkle and Rocky Cartoons and Chloe reminds me of Smallville.
