its either a lack of potassium, calcium, or it can be from poor blood circulation. the baby takes all the vitamins from you so make sure you take your prenatal and get calcium from diary products and eat bananas. also sleep on your left side so that your blood circulates . if your leg turns red in the spot that you get the cramp go to the hospital right away it could be a blood clot.. i really hope this helps you

are you talking about the charlie horses? its because your baby is draining you of all the vitamins and protiens you have. that is why it is so impt for you to take your vitamins! (prenatals) and eat at least a banana a day~sounds weird but it works~ those cramps are from lack of potassium. if its a different sort of cramp, then maybe its caused by your baby sitting on a nerve. if hes hitting or sitting on a nerve then that can sure cause some pain! just relax and take your vitamins and eat healthy!!

It could be a number of things, lack of proper vitamins, round ligament pain, the extra weight, stress, or even static nerve pain. Id consult or Dr.

Your ligaments will be relaxing/stretching, you will be carrying more weight and your body posture changes.

get some stretching exercises from your Dr/Midwife/a Gym instructor, do them morning and night, this helped me.
