Well, We all have our own likes and dis likes so you are your own best judge on the levels of attraction.Most women though in today's day and age are not much into long haired men with earrings as far as first attraction.That is something that went out in the 80's and most women are attracted to the more clean cut look.
Why don't you post his pic and see what kind of response you get by the ladies if you need to know what they all think so much

Hmmmm, depends if he is cute because I've seen lot of fair complected, long-haired, earring wearing men who weren't so attractive.
