Reflected/refracted light. Refraction is like a prism splitting light into a full or partial rainbow spectrum (it's ice, so it might not be like the cover of Dark Side of the Moon.) Reflected light would be if the rocks were colored and the color showed through the ice.

I saw a thing on icebergs and it said that ice that was formed from water was dark blue, but "ice" that was compacted snow looked white.
